Use of Images

BCT Ltd owns the copyright of all photographic images of items in the Candy Tile and Dartmoor Naturals collections. Photographic materials showing items in the Laura Ashley tile collection remain the property of Laura Ashley Ltd and are used with permission by BCT Ltd. Any unauthorized use of these images violates copyright laws. These images may not be used in whole or in part, in any form without the prior written permission of BCT Ltd. BCT Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission or to retract permission at any date without giving a reason. Any unauthorized use of these images may result in legal action.

Use of images or links on the World Wide Web

BCT Ltd will consider granting permission to customers to use their imagery and/or link their sites to the BCT Tile Gallery on the BCT website where it is requested in writing. Permission will only be granted for use on a website directly connected with a BCT Ltd customer’s business and must not be used on any auction sites. BCT Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission or to retract permission at any date without giving a reason. Any unauthorized use of these images may result in legal action.
